Each training programme begins with a consultation and needs analysis, ensuring content is: • Relevant to the home’s Statement of Purpose • Aligned with the children’s needs and risks • Responsive to inspection feedback or identified gaps • Matched to staff roles and experience Training can be delivered on-site or online, as one-off sessions or as part of an ongoing development programme.
